| Eric Palmer (Tom) (9/6/1915 -17/4/1999 ) Born in Haughley. Second son of William Palmer, managed the mill and farm, supplying the bakery with flour. The mill was closed in 1977. |

| Roy Palmer (9/6/1918 - 14/12/89) Born in Haughley. Third, and youngest son of William. Responsible for the running the bakery until a few years before his death in 1989. His entrepreneurial skills are well remembered and was responsible for the opening of the Stowmarket shop. |

| Kenneth Roy Palmer (13/6/45 - ) Currently running the bakery, having taking over as Roy withdrew from the long and hectic hours of running the business. Since taking over, Ken has opened shops in Woolpit, Stanton and two in Ipswich |
